Inside, a generous open-plan living and dining area sets the tone: deep sofas, a table, dining table, TV with IPTV, and Wi-Fi throughout for anyone who can’t quite switch off. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped — oven, hob, dishwasher, everything you need to cook up the morning’s market haul or a simple pasta after a day at the beach.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, fitted wardrobes, its own En-suite, and direct access to the pool — perfect for an early swim before the house wakes up. A second king bedroom also has an En-suite, while the twin room and a third bathroom sit just across the hall, giving everyone their own space.

Outside is where Villa Guillermo really shines. The large private pool is framed by a sun-drenched terrace with loungers for six, and a shaded pagoda dining area is made for long lunches that drift into evening. Climb the stairs to the roof terrace for sundowners with a sea view, or gather under the covered poolside seating with a glass of local wine as the light softens. ## On Your Doorstep

Villa Guillermo sits in Binibeca Nou, the quieter, residential side of one of Menorca’s most charming corners — all whitewashed walls, low rooflines, and not a hotel tower in sight.

– **Binibeca Beach** — an 8–10 minute walk. A gorgeous crescent of fine white sand tucked into a rocky cove, with shallow, clear water that’s ideal for snorkelling and easy for younger swimmers. There’s a shaded picnic area, free parking, lifeguard cover, and sunbed hire. Kayaks can be rented straight from the sand.

– **Los Bucaneros** — Binibeca beach’s much-loved bar, set in an old fisherman’s hut, serving cold drinks and simple plates right by the water. Ice cream, pancakes, and drinks stalls sit just behind the beach for when you can’t be bothered to move.

– **Binibeca Vell** — a short walk away, this is the famous “fisherman’s village”: a maze of whitewashed alleys, archways, and hidden courtyards that’s become one of the most photographed spots on the island. Wander it in the early evening light, then stay on for dinner — the complex here has the largest concentration of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a supermarket in the area.

– **Cala Torret** — just along the coast (5 mins walk), a low-key harbourside enclave with excellent seafood restaurants, relaxed sunset bars, a fantastic bakery and good snorkelling right off the rocks.

– **Punta Prima** — reachable by the little land train that runs along the coast. Another lovely beach, a wide choice of restaurants and bars, and a waterpark that’s a hit with children.

– **San Lluís** — the nearest town, a short drive away, with banks, shops, and a proper Menorcan market-town feel.

– **S’Algar** — around ten minutes’ drive, and the area’s hub for watersports and diving if anyone in the group fancies something more active.

– **Mahón (Maó) and the airport** — about 20 minutes by car, so arrivals and days exploring the island’s capital are both easy.
