This lovely one storey villa in Binisafau on the South East coast of the island, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely sea views from the whole front of the property. This villa is in the perfect spot for those who want a quiet, relaxing holiday. There is a charming beach within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and shops all within a 10 minute walk. The villa is at the start of a small cul-de-sac offering you peace and privacy and is just 50m from the seafront coastal road.

On entering the property through its traditional Menorcan gates and up the spacious private driveway, you walk up a few stairs onto the villa´s large and lovely pool and terraces areas. The pool is 8m x 4m and has Roman steps for entry. Surrounding the pool is plenty of terrace space with 6 sunbeds, ideal for a day in the sun. All this is found in the peaceful surrounds of the property´s gardens and stunning sea views.

Off the terrace area but still overlooking the pool is a lovely pagoda area with a large circular sofa and table. This is a great area to get a break from the sun and relax the day away. You will also find outside a covered outdoor dining area and to the side of the villa, a brick built BBQ and another covered dining area.

On entering the villa, you will find a large lounge area with sofas, TV with IPTV for all English and European channels and, behind this a large, open plan dining area consisting of a table and chairs for 6 people. Off the lounge and dining area is fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.

Off the lounge/dining area, you will find the 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size double bed with fitted wardrobes and an En Suite with a bath with shower attachment, WC, Sink, Mirror and Bidet. The Master Bedroom also has French doors which open out onto the pool and terraces areas.

Next to the Master Bedroom is a decent sized twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Next to this is a large double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and plenty of draw space. There is a family bathroom in between these 2 bedrooms with bath with shower attachment, WC and sink.

All 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

You will find a well maintained garden with traditional Mediterranean flowers, bushes and trees on 2 separate levels, offering you different views of the Mediterranean.

Area: 

Binisafua can be found on the south coast between Binibeca and Cap dén Font. This area has a stunning coastline with rocky coves and many steps built in to the rocks to enable a safe climb down to secluded private swimming platforms. It is also within walkable distance from the beach at Binisafua which is a delightful small sandy beach and often much quieter than the beaches found in other resorts.

There are also two more beaches within close proximity, Binidali beach and Binibeca beach are both within a 5 to 10 minute drive from Binisafua.

A short distance inland from Binisfau is the charming small town of Sant Climent which has a bank, supermarket, shops and restaurants. The larger town of Sant Lluis is also a short drive away which again has banks, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Binisafua itself is a well established, quiet residential coastal hamlet with stunning views across the Mediterranean. The hamlet itself has a large selection of fine restaurants and shops so everything you need for a self catering holiday is within easy reach although a hire car is recommended for you to fully experience the beauty of here and the surrounding south coast area
