This stunning 5 bedroom villa is located in Binibeca Vell, very close to the centre of Binibeca and its restaurants and beach.

The recently renovated kitchen offers you everything you need for your holiday, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, kettle and toaster.

There is a large living/dining room with a beautiful table accommodating up to 10 people. There are 4 TVs in the property, one in the living room, and in all 3 of the double bedrooms. All of them have IPTV.

All 4 bedrooms on the ground floor have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, with toilet. Another double bedroom is located just after with an en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 double bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The villa has recently had a stunning new 5th bedroom built upstairs, above the existing property. A grand, new staircase from the ground floor leads up to the new, spacious and classy Upstairs Master Bedroom. The bedroom has a huge, King-size bed with built in side tables. There is also plenty of drawer space as well as a walk in dressing room. The room is air conditioned and has a large flat screen TV on the wall with IPTV. There is also a coffee machine in the room for your use. The bedroom has a beautiful new EN Suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, was basin, WC and bidet. The bedroom has 2 balconies either side of it. One overlooks the pool area and offers sea views of the Med. There is a comfy outdoor sofa and 2 chairs as well as a large table. The 2nd balcony overlooks the rear of the property and its beautifully kept gardens.

Back downstairs, there is a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa sits in a large space, with lawns, plants and a larger than average swimming pool. There is also a beautiful covered terrace area with a brick barbecue, sun loungers, to enjoy both the sun and the shade around the pool.

To the side of the house, there is a purpose built table tennis area with table tennis table and bats and balls for your sue. To the rear of the property, the villa has beautoful garden areas with many different seating areas both in the sun and in shaded areas, ideal for a relaxing drink or to have lunch in the afternoon. There is a large pagoda area at the back of the garden with comfy outdoor sofas to rlax and get out of the sun.

The Area:

Binibeca is a quiet and idyllic place in the south-east of Menorca and is a perfect destination for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of other, more populated places. Here you won’t find big resorts hiding the sky.

The beach: Very nice beach of white sand, turquoise waters, with a shaded area under the trees and a picnic area with public toilets.

There is also free parking.

The beach is surrounded by rocks, making it a great place to snorkel. The Los Bucaneros bar serves simple dishes and some snacks, cold drinks. In the high season there is a lifeguard, sunbeds and umbrellas, kayaks and small motorboats that you can rent from the beach. Behind the beach in the parking lot is a good ice cream parlour. The gradual entry into the water makes it a popular beach for families, however being large you will always find enough space.
