The recently renovated kitchen offers you everything you need for your holiday, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, kettle and toaster.

There is a large living/dining room with a beautiful table accommodating up to 8 people. There are 3 TVs in the property, one in the living room, and 2 in bedrooms. All of them have IPTV.

All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, with toilet. Another double bedroom is located just after with an en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 double bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is a separate utility room with sink and washing machine.

The villa sits in a large space, with lawns, plants and a larger than average swimming pool. There is also a beautiful terrace with a brick barbecue, sun loungers, to enjoy both the sun and the shade around the pool. There is also a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.

The Area:

Binibeca 

Binibeca is a quiet and idyllic place in the south-east of Menorca and is a perfect destination for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of other, more populated places. Here you won’t find big resorts hiding the sky.

The beach: Very nice beach of white sand, turquoise waters, with a shaded area under the trees and a picnic area with public toilets.

There is also free parking.

The beach is surrounded by rocks, making it a great place to snorkel. The Los Bucaneros bar serves simple dishes and some snacks, cold drinks. In the high season there is a lifeguard, sunbeds and umbrellas, kayaks and small motorboats that you can rent from the beach. Behind the beach in the parking lot is a good ice cream parlour. The gradual entry into the water makes it a popular beach for families, however being large you will always find enough space.
