Villa Atalaya is a stylish, modern 3 bedroom villa in the Atalaya area of Binibeca on the South East coast of the island. The villa has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and sea-views, 1 large twin room with two single beds, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with a shower), a large living & dining room with amazing sea views and access to the main stunning terrace and English style courtyard, and fully equipped large kitchen with a breakfast corner and laundry area. The villa includes a cosy loft/relaxing room upstairs with wooden floors, which may be accessed from the living room, providing access to the very large sun terrace, with breathtaking sea views.

The large covered terrace located on the ground floor contains a brick BBQ, and is an ideal place for family meals enjoying the incredible sea views, next to the 9m x 4.5m swimming pool and sun loungers, surrounded by a garden and relaxation areas. Upstairs, from the lounge, is an indoor mezzanine area with chairs and beautiful sea views leading out to the large sun terrace where you will be able to enjoy unique views of the southern Menorcan coast, from Binibeca as far as the light-house located on the Isla del Aire in Punta Prima.

Nestled in the wonderful natural environment of the exclusive S’Atalaya, which is less crowded than other nearby Binibeca areas, Villa Atalaya is a five minute drive from both the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches where you will find a selection of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The charming Cala Biniancolla is a short 10 minute walk from the villa, featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, restaurants/bars and a water park. Another nearby point of interest is the picturesque Cala Torret, just 4 minutes away by car: here you will have access to nice restaurants on the seafront, a supermarket and platforms to swim in the turquoise waters.

Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca, and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. Beach: An attractive, deep, fine white sand beach with shaded picnic area at the rear and toilets. There is free parking at the rear and at the roadside. The beach waters are protected via a headland on the horizon. Perfect, shallow sandy bottomed and lined on both sides by rocks for great snorkeling. The beach bar of Los Bucaneros (a converted fishermans hut ) even serves freshly cooked basic meals as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. There are lifeguards, pedaloes and electric fun boats available to hire from the beach. Sunbed and parasol hire. Behind the beach is an ice cream stamd and other food and drinks are available. The warm shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with younger children, though the beach is big enough if you need some space.
