Villa Binipe

Villa Binipe is a stylish, traditional Menorcan 3 bedroom villa located in the desirable Binibeca Vell resort on the South East coast of the island.

There villa is a semi detached light and airy property consisting of 3 double bedrooms, 1 with Queen size bed and the others with 2 twin beds each. All 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have built in wardrobes. There are also 2 large family bathrooms, one with walk in shower, WC sink and vanity unit, the other with bath with shower attachment, WC and vanity unit.

On entering the villa from the front terrace, you walk into the large area with L shaped sofas, TV with access to all UK channels and ceiling fans and behind this area is an open plan dining area with table and 6 chairs. Off the dining area is a fully equipped galley kitchen with oven, electric hobs, fridge freezer and microwave.

The 3 bedrooms are located down a corridor off the lounge area and also off this is a utility room with washing machine for use throughout your stay.

Back out on the large outdoor terrace area, you will find a lovely covered area with table and chairs for al fresco dining and also a brick built BBQ. Leading down from here is the large sunbathing terrace area surrounding the 7m x 4m kidney shaped private swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the days sunshine. There is also a pool side shower to rinse off after a dip.

The villa is surrounded by high and well maintained bushes offering you privacy during your stay but also allowing beautiful sea views off the Binibeca coastline.

The Area:

Binibeca 

Binibeca Vell is a quiet and idyllic place in the south-east of Menorca and is a perfect destination for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of other, more populated places. Here you won’t find big resorts hiding the sky.

The beach: Very nice beach of white sand, turquoise waters, with a shaded area under the trees and a picnic area with public toilets.

There is also free parking.

The beach is surrounded by rocks, making it a great place to snorkel. The Los Bucaneros bar serves simple dishes and some snacks, cold drinks. In the high season there is a lifeguard, sunbeds and umbrellas, kayaks and small motorboats that you can rent from the beach. Behind the beach in the parking lot is a good ice cream parlour. The gradual entry into the water makes it a popular beach for families, however being large you will always find enough space.
