This is a spectacular newly built villa in the lovely resort of S´Algar on Menorca´s South East coast. It is in a Front line position overlooking the sea and the views over the Mediterranean from all of the house are stunning, especially from the villa´s huge roof terrace which covers the whole of the house. The house is a short stroll into the main town where there is a good choice of restaurants, bars and the recently opened beach club resort. Many of the islands lovely beaches are also only a short drive away.

This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom) all with En Suites with a combination of luxury walk-in showers and baths. All of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor of the villa and are all decorated and furnished to the highest levels.

You enter the property on the ground floor in to a spacious open plan lounge / dining room. The lounge is a comfortable room with sofas, chairs, coffee tables and a TV with IPTV.

From the lounge is the stunning kitchen with white units and hardwearing grey stone worksurface. The kitchen has a fitted microwave, oven and coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large American fridge freezer. There is a large island in the kitchen. There is a dining table that will comfortably seat 10 people and from the dining area are patio doors that lead out to both the outdoor dining area with table and chairs and the large pool and terrace area.

From the kitchen is a “service area” which has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.

From the lounge is a large glazed terrace with comfortable seating areas to take in the sea views. There is also a large courtyard to the rear of the lounge with added seating areas to chill out. From this courtyard you have some steps that take you up to a magical roof terrace. This terrace covers the whole area of the house and here you will get some of the most stunning sea views possible as well watching the sunrise in spectacular style. The huge roof terrace is beautifully designed and has table and chairs in different areas allowing views across the Med.

The whole property is fully air conditioned, decorated with exquisite taste and all the bedrooms are spacious. This really is a unique property where you will be able to enjoy a really special holiday.

The villa is set in a very private plot with large hedges surrounding the property giving privacy and quietness for your stay. To the front the villa is a 9m x 4m swimming pool with Roman Steps for entry with a lovely terrace area surrounding it and also a brick built barbecue, 8 sun loungers for a day´s sunbathing, chairs to relax and enjoy the shade as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim.

The villa has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard throughout with all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury villa.

Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.

Enjoy a quick and easy transfer from Mahon airport (the shortest on the island!). Journey time from the Airport is no more than 15 minutes Cabs are plentiful and cost about €25 for a group of four. During the summer, public buses run to Mahon, connecting you to the rest of the island.
