Claro De Luna

Claro De Luna is a pretty three bedroom detached villa situated in Binibeca Nou on the South East coast of the island. The villa is on a good sized plot with well maintained gardens, extensive terraces (both covered and open) and a large private swimming pool.

The villa and all 3 of its bedrooms are all on one ground level, two are twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, they share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a double bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes and views of the sea. This room has an en-suite bathroom, with a walk in shower. All 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Leading from the entrance area is a spacious lounge-dining room, the dining table can comfortably seat 6 people. There are patio doors that lead from the dining area on to the pool terrace. The lounge has dual aspect windows and high ceilings so it feels light and airy. There is a TV with access to UK free-to-view satellite channels and a DVD player. The patio doors open out to the large terrace and pool area. The outside terrace areas have beautiful sea views, as does the roof terrace which is accessed by stairs to the side of the house. There is also a stone built BBQ on the outside terrace for your use during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.

The villa is on a good sized plot with well maintained lawns and shrubs, extensive terraces (both covered and open).

Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.

Area: 

Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca, and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas.

Beach: An attractive, deep, fine white sand beach with shaded picnic area at the rear and toilets. There is free parking at the rear and at the roadside. The beach waters are protected via a headland on the horizon. Perfect, shallow sandy bottomed and lined on both sides by rocks for great snorkelling. The beach bar of Los Bucaneros (a converted fisherman’s hut ) even serves freshly cooked basic meals as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. There are lifeguards, pedaloes and electric fun boats available to hire from the beach. Sunbed and parasol hire. Behind the beach is an ice cream stand and other food and drinks are available. The warm shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with younger children, though the beach is big enough if you need some space.
