Just a 5-minute walk from the fantastic beach of Arenal d’en Castell, this house offers privacy, serenity and an ideal environment for families and groups looking to disconnect without sacrificing comfort.

Located in a complex of 20 detached villas, the property is located at the end of a street, without traffic or noise, with only a direct neighbour and a pleasant private garden. Its relaxed atmosphere and natural surroundings make the stay a very authentic experience of Menorca.

Please Note: the bedrooms and living room do not have air conditioning, but they do have standing fans, enough for this cool and airy area in the north of the island.

Layout of the villa

Ground Floor:

Spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden, equipped with sofa, TV and dining table. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. On this floor, there is also the Master Bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

From the living room there is access to the garden, where there is an outdoor table and an awning, perfect for breakfast, lunch or relaxing during the day.

First Floor:

On the upper floor there are two bright twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. From this level there is access to the roof terrace-solarium, with an outdoor dining area and open views of the countryside and the sea in the background. An ideal space to enjoy summer afternoons or read in complete tranquillity.

Just a 2-minute walk away, guests have access to a beautiful communal swimming pool on the complex.

The beach of Arenal d’en Castell, one of the most family-friendly and safe in Menorca, is just a 5-minute walk away, with calm waters and fine sand, perfect for children.

In the surrounding area there are restaurants, supermarkets and basic services that guarantee a comfortable, practical stay without unnecessary trips.
