Exquisitely decorated, this classic style property offers spaciousness, brightness and privacy, with large windows and a configuration that allows you to enjoy the best views of the Port of Mahon from any corner of the house.

Villa Lantana is distributed over 3 floors, on the ground floor entering from the street we find the spacious living room with huge windows and access to the pool terrace, a complete kitchen with laundry area and separate pantry and an area with large built-in barbecue. A few steps up give access to the spacious double bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobe and beautiful sea views, with a bathroom with bathtub next to it. Another flight of stairs leads us to the impressive Master Suite, with a double bed and sensational views over the Port, large wardrobe, a huge private solarium terrace overlooking over the Port and a fabulous luxury bathroom with three different areas, including a shower and a large relaxation bathtub next to a large window with panoramic views. The last flight of stairs leads up to the second suite with a double bed, its own bathroom with bathtub, also oversized and enjoying sensational views.

But if the interiors of the house offer comfort, class and style, the spectacle provided by the panoramic views of the port from the two large terraces is simply unforgettable. The main terrace, partially covered and equipped with suggestive night lighting, offers pleasant living and summer dining areas in the shade, with the solarium around the pool. At any time of the day, watching the comings and goings of the ships from our privileged vantage point, while sunbathing on a sun lounger, or relaxing in the shade with a good book and a glass of wine, is a delight. The wonderful location will also offer you unique moments at sunset: a barbecue while watching the sunset, a few relaxed drinks admiring the lights over Mahón, or taking the water taxi to cross in a few minutes to Calas Fonts, on the other side of the port, to enjoy a fantastic dinner in one of the most charming and romantic places on the island.

The configuration of Villa Lantana, with a suite on each floor, makes it an ideal property for 2 or 3 adult couples sharing a relaxing holiday to explore the island in maximum comfort, or clients who go sailing and have their boats moored in the vicinity. Also for a family with members of different ages (including teenagers), who value having independence, with their own bathroom on separate floors. But please note that, as with many of the houses in the urbanisation, the house has been built vertically to maximise the panoramic views over the harbour, so there is a long flight of stairs from the street to the entrance to the house, and then several more flights between each of the three floors on which the suites are located, with an elegant stainless steel handrails.

Regarding the surroundings, right in front of the house our guests have direct access to a charming bathing area, with benches to rest and fabulous panoramic views over the Port. Following the mooring line we will find a complete supermarket on the same street, just a 6-minute walk away. The surroundings offer beautiful walks along the first line of the port, with a charming playground on the first line, but we will need to use the car for other daily plans outside the urbanization: 9 minutes away we will find one of the best fish restaurants on the island, literally hanging over a cliff with wonderful views over Cala Mesquida, one of our favourite beaches, among the most beautiful in Menorca. A perfect starting point for exploring numerous points of interest within a radius of a few kilometres, the proximity to Mahón and its lively Port (10 minutes by car or water taxi, with a boarding area next to the house) offers all the services and an infinite variety of leisure and gastronomic possibilities, as a counterpoint to the tranquillity of Cala Llonga.

Situated on the hillside opposite Es Castell and overlooking Mahon(Mao) harbour, Cala Llonga is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Menorca. The views from Cala Llonga are stunning, as it overlooks the entrance to this wonderful natural harbour which is one of the largest in the world. With its waterfront location and commanding views of the port and marina, any sailing enthusiast would love to stay here.

By day you can simply relax in your villa and take in the stunning views whilst watching the world go by. By night you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and magical evenings with the lights from Es Castell and Mahon port twinkling in the water below. Cala Llonga has a small supermarket, however for more extensive shopping and dining opportunities, the capital town of Mahon is only 10 minutes by car.

The unspoilt beach of Sa Mesquida, is only a few minutes by car. A beautiful cove offering safe shallow bathing, this wide sandy beach is a favourite with local families. And if you feel like stretching your legs, this is the starting point for a 4km way-marked bridle path to Es Grau, an unspoilt fishing village with yet another lovely sandy beach, which is within the Natural Park of S’Albufera des Grau.

Chartering a boat is the perfect way to explore Menorca’s numerous sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Boats can be chartered for any duration, but if you don’t have the requisite skills you can still enjoy the thrill of being at sea by being part of an organised boat trip for anything between a couple of hours up to a day. If you enjoy snorkelling, diving or fishing, you will find plenty to do along Menorca’s diverse coastline with its innumerable coves, inlets and beaches.

If you prefer to stay on dry land, the 20 waymarked tracks along the island’s coastline are great for pony trekking, hiking or cycling. A 10 minute drive from Cala Llonga will take you to Son Parc with its 18 hole golf course (the only one on the island).
