Es Jardí is a large and elegant Moroccan-style villa that sits on one level and in the middle of a plot of 8000m2 in the Mediterranean countryside. We arrive at the house after a path lined with lavender.

* brick barbecue, with partially enclosed outdoor area and table for 10 people.

The property offers:

* Three large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, and the other two have either two single beds, or a superkingsize bed.

* The living room has plenty of comfortable space to sit or lie down. There is a large 42″ TV with free sky access and DVD player, and wi-fi access.

* The kitchen is fully equipped with a double American fridge, granite worktop, dishwasher and pantry. There is a counter that overlooks the dining area which is on another level and is surrounded by sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace, BBQ area etc.

Accommodation in the annex:

1. A private suite with its own separate entrance and air conditioning. The bedroom has patio doors that lead directly onto the pool. There is a superkingsize bed, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and a mezzanine with two further single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the master bedroom and is accessed by a narrow staircase, so it is not suitable for small children or the elderly.
2. A double bedroom with two single beds, its en-suite shower room and its own entrance.
3. At the back of the annex is the laundry room with the washing machine and an area to dry laundry.

Es Jardí provides comfort, quality, and tranquility, while being within walking distance of bars, restaurants, the Binifadet bodega (which has its own restaurant) in the village of San Luis. The beaches of Binisafua, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a 5-minute drive away.
