Es Barranc

Es Barranc is a captivating 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a traditional Mediterranean edge. Situated in an ideal location, slightly set back from the coast line in the hills of Binibeca Nou, with beautiful sea views.

On entering the property through a large private gate and down some stairs to the ground level of the house and the front door, you enter into a stylish and comfortable living room with sofas and a large TV with access to UK channels. There is also a fireplace for use in the colder months of the season if required. To the back of the lounge is a small bar with a collection of drinks. The lounge opens out to both an inviting covered terrace area with outdoor dining area and a large sunbathing terrace area, both with sea views. These surround the large, kidney shaped swimming pool (9m x 4m) and BBQ area.

The villa comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the Master Bedroom, which has a King Size bed, a large walk-in dressing room and En Suite, consisting of a modern walk in shower, WC and vanity unit. The second bedroom on this floor is also a double with Queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and access out to the outdoor terraces. The remaining bedroom on this floor is a large twin bedroom with 2 large single beds, wardrobes and side drawers. These 2 bedrooms share a very large family bathroom consisting of an ultra modern walk-in shower, sink, WC and vanity unit bath with shower attachment, WC and vanity unit.

All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and have additional ceiling fans. There is also an additional WC on the ground floor.

Down a few stairs from the lounge you will find another large double bedroom with Queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and side tables. Again, this room is air conditioned with extra ceiling fan.

The villa’s new and modern kitchen is found on the lower ground floor, down some stairs and has everything you would require for a self catering holiday including oven, 4 hobs, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all china and cutlery. There is also an additional laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Off the kitchen, there is a large, stylish dining area with table and chairs for dining. The dining area opens out to he outdoor terrace areas and overlooks the villa´s pool and also gives some stunning views of the sea and hills.

On this lower ground floor is also an extra bathroom with a bath, WC, sink and vanity unit.

The house enjoys both central heating and air conditioning allowing temperature control throughout the villa during your stay.

The villa is within close proximity to Binibeca beach and the lovely sea views and privacy the house offer make this the perfect home to enjoy the islands charms.

Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic village on the south coast of Menorca, perfect for those who want to escape the atmosphere of more touristy and populated places. You won’t see any skyscrapers or other hotel bars here!!

The beach: 

A beautiful beach of fine white sand with a shaded picnic area and public toilets. Free parking. A cove surrounded by rocks, ideal for snorkeling. The bar “Los Bucaneros” (old fishermen’s house) serves small dishes, snacks and cold drinks. Rescue workers. Kayak and small electric boat rental from the beach. Sun loungers and umbrella for rent. Behind the beach, ice cream, drinks, and pancakes. The place is popular with families with young children, but due to its size it is not crowded.
