Casa Orana is a stylish, modern and unique 4 bedroom villa nestled in the heart of the popular resort of S´Algar on the South East coast of the island. There are some absolutely stunning sea views to be had from the upstairs Master Bedroom and adjoining large roof terrace in the turret of the villa as its located just 50 meters from the sea. In fact the Mediterranean is in full view from almost the whole house with views that simply take your breath away, all with being just steps away from the vibrant town centre. On entering the villa from the private and flower laid driveway, you enter the large lounge area with 3 comfortable sofas and large widescreen TV (with IPTV for channels from across the world). Off the lounge are patio doors leading out to the large outdoor and covered dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, ideal for al fresco dining whilst overlooking the sea of an evening.

Back into the house and beyond the lounge, the villa has a newly installed large kitchen/dining area, offering everything you will need for a self-catering holiday. It has an integrated electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, blender and American style fridge freezer. The kitchen is of the highest quality and off this is a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Back off the lounge, you will find 3 of the villa´s 4 bedrooms: 2 of the 3 bedrooms are large twin bedrooms with recently installed brand new En-Suites. Both En-Suites have walk-in showers, sink WC and vanity units. The 3rd bedroom is a large double bedroom, again with a new installed En Suite with walk-in shower, WC and sink. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The Master bedroom, found upstairs from the villa´s grand spiral staircase, really is where the wow factor comes in. On entering the Master Bedroom you are immediately struck with the most beautiful of views across the Med. 180 degree windows showcasing the sea lead out onto a very large outdoor terrace with both rattan table and chairs, wicker chairs and 2 sun loungers. This spot is ideal for watching the passing boats go by. The Master bedroom itself has a king size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes and En-suite with recently installed walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The villa is set in a very private plot with large hedges surrounding the property giving privacy and quietness for your stay. Behind the villa is a 9m x 4m swimming pool with step entry with a lovely terrace area surrounding it and also a brick built barbecue, 8 sun loungers for a day´s sunbathing, chairs to relax and enjoy the shade as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim.

The villa has been fully refurbished to an extremely high standard throughout with all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury villa.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi throughout.

Enjoy a quick and easy transfer from Mahon airport (the shortest on the island!). Journey time from the Airport is no more than 15 minutes Cabs are plentiful and cost about €25 for a group of four. During the summer, public buses run to Mahon, connecting you to the rest of the island.
