On entering the property you will find a large lounge area with sofas, TV and large dining area consisting of a table and chairs for 8 people. Off the lounge is a new fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.

Off the lounge/dining area, you will find a long corridor with the 4 bedrooms off it. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size double bed and next to that is a decent sized twin bedroom with a full shared family bathroom in between. Another double bedroom is found up from here with Queen size double bed and next to this is the final bedroom again with twin beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The villa’s niche is the outdoor shower which is located off one of the bathrooms. This outdoor shower really has to be seen and is graet for cooling off after a day in the sun. There is also an outdoor courtyard area next to the shower.

From the lounge, through double patio doors, is the outside covered terrace area with dining table for 8 people with a useful sun awning for extra shade whilst eating. Outside, you will also find a very comfortable sitting area for 6 people with a BBQ, coffee table and sofa . All this looks over the 12x4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers all in the peaceful surrounds of the property´s gardens and stunning sea views.

You will find a well maintained garden with traditional Mediterranean flowers, bushes and trees on 2 separate levels, offering you different views of the Mediterranean.

Area: 

Binisafua can be found on the south coast between Binibeca and Cap dén Font. This area has a stunning coastline with rocky coves and many steps built in to the rocks to enable a safe climb down to secluded private swimming platforms. It is also within walkable distance from the beach at Binisafua which is a delightful small sandy beach and often much quieter than the beaches found in other resorts.

There are also two more beaches within close proximity, Binidali beach and Binibeca beach are both within a 5 to 10 minute drive from Binisafua.

A short distance inland from Binisfau is the charming small town of Sant Climent which has a bank, supermarket, shops and restaurants. The larger town of Sant Lluis is also a short drive away which again has banks, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Binisafua itself is a well established, quiet residential coastal hamlet with stunning views across the Mediterranean. The hamlet itself has a large selection of fine restaurants and shops so everything you need for a self catering holiday is within easy reach although a hire car is recommended for you to fully experience the beauty of here and the surrounding south coast area
