There is a dining table that will comfortably seat 10 people and from the dining area are patio doors that lead out to both the outdoor dining area with table and chairs and the large pool and terrace area.From the kitchen is a \u201cservice area\u201d which has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.From the lounge is a large glazed terrace with comfortable seating areas to take in the sea views. There is also a large courtyard to the rear of the lounge with added seating areas to chill out. From this courtyard you have some steps that take you up to a magical roof terrace. This terrace covers the whole area of the house and here you will get some of the most stunning sea views possible as well watching the sunrise in spectacular style. The huge roof terrace is beautifully designed and has table and chairs in different areas allowing views across the Med.The whole property is fully air conditioned, decorated with exquisite taste and all the bedrooms are spacious.
