The villa is decorated to a very high and luxurious level.On entering entering the villa into a spacious entrance hall from here you go into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The large lounge area is separated from the dining area and recently fully refurbished kitchen and has sofas, coffee table and a large fireplace. There is a Smart TV so that you can access English Channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime etcThe dining area has a dining table and chairs and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is open plan, and has a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge freezer plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday.The Master bedroom with Queen sized double bed has its own en-suite with a vanity unit, shower and WC. The Master suite has lovely sea views, plenty of wardrobe space and is air conditioned.The three other bedrooms, accessed from the entrance hall consist of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (can be made up as doubles) giving the house a maximum 8 person capacity. These bedrooms share a bathroom, again in the same style as the Master suite. This bathroom has a sink, a bath with overhead shower and a WC.All the bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the kitchen, there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge.Outside there is a terrace from the dining area which provides plenty of shade which has a large table for al fresco dining, as well as a 4 outdoor comfy chairs. From the terrace are steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with sunbeds for 8 people. The terrace leads down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe. The pool is 9×4 metres with Roman steps.
