In the quiet mainly residential area of Addaia on the north coast the villa overlooks the pretty natural harbour, the marina and the surrounding countryside from the large upstairs Sun Terrace. Up in the centre of the village is a small supermarket, 3 bars\/restaurants and just a short stroll away as is the bar\/restaurant down at the water\u2019s edge in the port from where boats, kayaks and bikes can be hired. The sandy beaches of Macaret village and the holiday resort of Arenal D\u2019en Castell are 5 minutes by car and there are many other stunning sandy beaches for you to discover.<\/p>\n
There are 4 generous bedrooms \u2013 2 with Superking sized beds and 2 with continental twin beds that can be linked to provide 2 further Superking sized beds with 2 quality duck down pillows per person. The extremely comfortable beds, the pillows and bedlinen all came from the UK. The 3 bedrooms upstairs open on to the Sun Terrace. The 4th bedroom downstairs opens on to the pretty courtyard gardens. There is room for a cot in bedroom 3 upstairs. The totally versatile sleeping accommodation is ideal for siblings who may require separate bedrooms, grandparents who like privacy and also for those who may have limited mobility.<\/p>\n
