This charming secluded, rural casita with large private pool, terraces and orchard is the ideal romantic retreat for couples looking to get away from it all. Located in the countryside, but just 1.5km from the busy town of Sant Lluis and just 3km form a selection of beaches, this is the ideal location for a peaceful get away.

On entering the property though a high gate, you come across the beautiful orchard with lemon and orange trees growing freely. A few steps up and you find the Casita. On entering, you walk into a comfy lounge area with double sofa and coffee table. There is also a TV on the wall with IPTV allowing access to UK and world wide channels. Off the lounge is a well organised kitchen area with electric oven, sink, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker and all the cutlery and plates needed for your stay. There is also a dining table and 2 chairs. There is also a washing machine available for use in the kitchen.

From the lounge you walk into the bedroom with large Double bed, fitted wardrobe and bed side tables. Off the bedroom is a modern, recently refurbished bathroom with a bath and shower head over, sink, WC and a Vanity Unit.

The outside of the property is really where the wow factor comes in. Outside of the Casita is a large 8m x 4m, green tiled private swimming pool. This is surrounded by a large terrace area, ideal for sunbathing in the peace and tranquillity of the area. To the right is a covered area with a table and 4 chairs and a charcoal BBQ for your use. This is a great area to get some shade and to eat of an evening.
