This pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeping up to 6 people is located in the heart of Binibeca Vell right next to the seafront on Menorca´s South East coast.

On entering the villa, you will find a twin room and a second room with either two single beds or together with a mattress topper for a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs in the Master Bedroom you will find a double bed with En suite. The large outdoor terrace, leading out from the Master Bedroom upstairs, is a highlight of the villa with stunning views of the Mediterranean and is perfect for watching the sunset.

The villa has a large and deep pool and a BBQ and a large outdoor entertaining area. Outside the front double doors downstairs is a lovely area with a roof for starting the day with breakfast outside.

The villa is air conditioned.

The villa has WiFi and a TV for streaming. It is a 10 min walk to Binibeca Beach and 3 mins to the nearest supermarkets in Binibeca Vell village, where there are many restaurants to choose from.

Pool towels and a hairdryer are included

The Area:

Binibeca is a quiet and idyllic place in the south-east of Menorca and is a perfect destination for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of other, more populated places. Here you won’t find big resorts hiding the sky.

The beach: Very nice beach of white sand, turquoise waters, with a shaded area under the trees and a picnic area with public toilets.

There is also free parking.

The beach is surrounded by rocks, making it a great place to snorkel. The Los Bucaneros bar serves simple dishes and some snacks, cold drinks. In the high season there is a lifeguard, sunbeds and umbrellas, kayaks and small motorboats that you can rent from the beach. Behind the beach in the parking lot is a good ice cream parlour. The gradual entry into the water makes it a popular beach for families, however being large you will always find enough space.
